Intellectual Property Rights: The Power of Intangible Assets

Room: Anacacho

1:50 pm - 3:00 pm

Meet Your Presenter(s)

Intellectual property rights can transform intangible assets into valuable and exclusive property rights. Those exclusive property rights can create crucial benefits—they can deter or prevent others from using inventions or brand-names; enhance a company’s reputation as an innovator; create barriers to entry; increase access to competitor innovations; and more. Join us to learn about what those rights are and how intellectual property rights are obtained and used.
