As a Wealth Planning Associate with The Metropolitan Group Wealth Advisors, I work closely with the team to deliver comprehensive planning strategies tailored to business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. I am also leading the development of the team’s BOSS (Business Owners Specialized Services) program, designed to provide specialized guidance for business owners navigating growth, complexity, and transition.

With more than 25 years of experience working with business owners, I bring a perspective that connects wealth planning with the real-world dynamics of operating a business. My background includes extensive work in tax strategy, financial analysis, and business advisory services, allowing me to help clients align their business decisions with their broader financial goals.

Prior to joining the team, I served as a profitability and growth advisor, working with companies across a range of industries to improve performance, increase enterprise value, and prepare for future transitions. My approach has always been holistic, integrating strategic planning, operational insight, and financial clarity to support better decision-making.

I began my career in accounting and advisory and hold both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. These experiences continue to inform my work today, particularly in helping business owners think through complex financial decisions and long-term planning opportunities.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Master’s degree in Accounting from American University in Washington, D.C.

Originally from North Carolina, I have lived in Southwest Florida since 1996. My husband, Ike, and I built our business together and have enjoyed working side by side for many years. Outside of work, I stay active with fitness, enjoy traveling, and value spending time with family and friends.
