Meet Greg Merrill:

As a partner of The Shantz Mantione Group at UBS Private Wealth Management, Greg Merrill's role can be summarized as bringing the global resources of the largest wealth manager in the world to exceptional individuals and companies in addressing the unique challenges faced in today's ever changing environment.

By leveraging these global resources and the collective decades of experience on the team, Greg and his team have developed and utilize a disciplined discovery and planning process that helps identify what is truly important to clients, their family, and their businesses to make sure the goals of each are addressed.

This experience of collaboratively working with entrepreneurs and business owners in addressing their complex needs before, during, and after a transition has lead Greg to become the founder and President of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute which is "a group of local advisors dedicated to changing the outcome for middle market owners looking to grow, transition, or exit their businesses."

A graduate of Saint Anselm College with a B.A. in Financial Economics, Greg has continued his dedication to the relentless pursuit of solutions for clients by becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Greg is actively involved in the hockey community and is currently a member of the Young Professional Board for Ice Hockey in Harlem. He also enjoys playing paddle and golf at Brooklawn Country Club.
