ABOUT JILL
Jill Clifton began her career with Edward Jones in 2001 and partners with individuals, families, and business owners to help them make confident, informed financial decisions aligned with their long term goals. She provides personalized financial planning and ongoing guidance, rooted in understanding what matters most to each client and building strategies designed to support them through every stage of life.
Jill believes that effective financial advice starts with listening. She and her team take the time to understand clients’ priorities before making recommendations, recognizing that financial decisions are deeply connected to life’s broader picture. In her practice, Jill focuses on four key areas of importance for the families she serves — Health, Family, Purpose, and Finances — and regularly revisits these areas to help ensure plans remain aligned as life evolves.
Collaboration is a core component of Jill’s work. She regularly coordinates with clients’ CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors to help ensure strategies are well aligned and support clients’ broader objectives.
In recognition of her commitment to clients and professional excellence, Jill was named a Principal at Edward Jones in 2022 and currently serves as a Regional Leader responsible for over 55 branch teams in the Dallas market. She was named to the 2026 Forbes SHOOK Top Women Wealth Advisors Best in State list for Texas, ranking #91. She holds the AAMS® (Accredited Asset Management Specialist™) and CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor®) designations and earned her bachelor’s degree in agribusiness from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Outside of work, Jill is a proud mother to two daughters, Katelyn and Emerson, and is deeply engaged in their lives. She enjoys traveling, attending Broadway shows, and giving back to the community. Jill serves on the board of the Dance Education Scholarship Foundation and volunteers with GRACE in Grapevine, Texas.
Jill’s office is located in Southlake, Texas, however she serves clients nationwide through both in person and virtual meetings, offering flexibility while maintaining the personal relationships that are central to her practice.
