Meet John McGuire:

With over 37 years of industry experience, John McGuire has been helping employers, financial advisors and consultants implement proven 
strategies that help them plan and effectively manage their ever-increasing role of responsibilities within the qualified plan marketplace.   

John is experienced at integrating strategies to help employer and advisors improve retirement outcomes for employees.  These types of strategies are used with the following types of employers: 

• Governmental Employers (401a and 457b)
  • Non Profit Employers (401a, 401k, 403b, and executive 457b)
  • Hospitals (401a, 401k, 403b, and 457b) 
  • For Profit Employers (401k, profit sharing, defined benefit, and ESOP) 
  • Professional Employers (401k, profit sharing, defined benefit, and cash balance) 
   
  John is a frequent speaker and lecturer to the retirement  industry.  John also travels around the state and is registered with the State of Florida to provide continuing education for CPA’s and Attorneys.    

John and his wife Donna have resided in Lakewood Ranch, FL for the past 12 years and before that resided in the northern suburbs of Chicago for 20 years.
