With my passion for coaching, relationship building and recognizing the contributions of others, as Director of Retirement Sales Execution, I serve our team by helping them raise and retain assets in the workplace savings industry.

I accomplish this mission by:
**Creating thought leadership that drives sales execution
**Developing content, sales messaging, and value-add client programs.
**Coordinating campaigns that drive our DCIO team toward our sales goals.
**Driving social marketing efforts via DCIO specific blogs and posts.
**Serving as the team liaison for effective tech adoption and deployment.

I have the blessing of living in Roanoke, VA, with my wife Lisa and four daughters. I have the honor of serving as a management team member at Journey Church Roanoke. When enjoying time away from work, I like to jog, visit the OBX, make horrible dad jokes and am a professional napper.
