Phil Petit is sales director, Structured Settlements for MetLife. The Structured Settlements business structures annuities for personal injury and other complex litigation settlements. The division is part of Retirement & Income Solutions, which historically has been responsible for generating over 20 percent of MetLife’s operating earnings. 

Petit, who joined MetLife in 2004, is responsible for managing and growing MetLife’s relationships with structured settlement brokers across the United States, including over 50 specialty broker firms and over 600 specialty brokers.
