Ashley is a Managing Director and Market Leader with Lazear Capital Partners in the New York Metro region focusing on Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) advisory services. With nearly 20 years of middle market banking experience, Ashley advises privately held business owners and their advisors on optimal succession planning solutions. As an advocate for her clients, Ashley works to create the best outcomes through creative structuring and reliable execution. She takes pride in inspiring people to change their mindset and consider new or different ideas, which led to her interest in ESOPs. In addition to her primary job functions, Ashley is an advisory board member for Rutgers NJ/NY Center for Employee Ownership, an advisory board member of the Exit Planning Institute, and a board member of The Family Center, a not-for-profit social services organization based in Brooklyn, NY. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with minors in International Business and Spanish from Pennsylvania State University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Corporate Finance and Financial Instruments Markets. She currently resides in Westfield, NJ, with her husband and two children.
