My role is to partner with the owner to understand the actions necessary to close the profit and value gap. Not from the outside looking in, but from inside the business, functioning as their CFO. I bring financial leadership to the business itself, building the structure and discipline that drives transferable value.

With over 30 years as a CPA, including 24 years in public accounting at the partner level and six years as CFO of a dental service organization I helped scale from $18M to $165M, I understand what it actually takes to change a business from within. My CVGA credential structures the value growth work with rigor. My operating experience means I've lived the complexity owners are navigating, not just analyzed it.
