After running a company on EOS, Tom decided to join the EOS community as an Implementer in 2020 and now works with leadership teams who want to have more impact - they want to achieve their vision for the business by systematically setting and executing the right priorities, all while building a healthy, accountable culture in the workplace. Tom's role is to teach the leadership team how to apply these proven tools and disciplines effectively and reliably - and then continue coaching them as they transform their organization.
