Jonathan Hermes is an Attorney licensed in Florida and Wisconsin, and is recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts, and Estates law by the Florida Bar (a certification attained by less than 1% of Florida-licensed attorneys).

Jonathan focuses his practice on assisting high net worth families with estate and succession planning, wealth transfer tax, and asset protection; mergers & acquisitions and other tax-sensitive business planning; and IRS tax disputes. As a CEPA, Jonathan often acts as the attorney member of the core exit planning team, leveraging his deep expertise in tax, estate planning, and business law to ensure consistent legal and tax strategy for both the personal and the business exit planning.
