Director – Mariner Specialty Tax Services | Steve provides tax planning, compliance and accounting solutions to closely held businesses across a variety of industries. He also devises tax planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and manages compliance-related matters for all taxing jurisdictions. Prior to joining Mariner, he served as the director of client services for ICS Tax, where he created relationships with CPA Firms to promote cost segregation services, R&D credits and other specialty services. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and business administration from the University of Sioux Falls. In his free time, Steve enjoys fishing, hunting, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and umpiring slow-pitch softball with his son. Steve serves on various boards of directors in the Sioux Falls area, including Dakota Business Finance and Sioux Falls Housing Commission.
