Meet Cristian Nieto:

Cris Nieto is the principal of CN Advisory, LLC, a full-service business advisory and certified public accounting firm. Cris has approximately 25 years’ experience providing guidance to partnerships, privately held and publicly traded companies in the U.S. and abroad in the areas of tax, assurance, transaction and management advisory. During his career, Cris has supported business owners and their companies in various industries including real estate, construction (residential and commercial), technology, life science/healthcare, private equity/investment funds, franchise, manufacturing, distribution and professional services. In addition to providing accounting, business, and tax consulting services, he has assisted companies in the development of strategic plans, corporate reorganizations, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and litigation matters.
