Most successful businesses don’t struggle because something is broken—they strain because responsibility quietly concentrates in one place.

I work as a strategic partner to founders, family business owners, and entrepreneurs who carry the unseen weight of a complex business. As companies grow, decisions, risk, context, and follow-through often accumulate with the owner long after the business appears successful. My role is to help redistribute that responsibility intentionally so the business can operate with greater ease and resilience.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Enrolled Agent, my work is grounded in tax strategy, exit readiness, and long-term value creation. I bring that technical foundation into a broader partnership role—helping owners align tax planning, operational structure, and leadership decisions so exit strategies are not only designed, but actually sustainable.

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. I take time to understand how a business truly operates day to day, supporting owners across operational clarity, thoughtful processes, risk awareness, cross-functional follow-through, and calm, human-centered problem solving. The result isn’t that everything becomes simple, but that it becomes supported.
