Having grown up in a family that values entrepreneurship, Richard continues to try and improve the firm’s services and value. He specializes in working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners with $10M+ in revenue, particularly those navigating succession, exit planning, or growth strategy.

Clients appreciate Richard’s ability to understand their vision for the future, prioritize action steps, and simplify their financial lives. 

Outside of work, Richard is busy parenting four young children and enjoys golf and reading.
