Jason has over 20 years of experience in financial services, mainly as a commercial lender with a focus on strategic and exit planning. He is currently the Director of Succession Planning for Berman Hopkins. He has previously served the ESOP community as Bank of America's National Executive and Co-Founder of their ESOP Advisory & Finance practice. Jason has served on executive committee roles for various non-profits related to bettering the lives of individuals with disabilities. He holds multiple professional certifications (CTP, CRC, & CEPA), and is a member of the NCEO.
