Originally from Biddeford, Maine, Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University. Now living in Fort Lauderdale, he enjoys life with his fiancée, Brunna, their sons, Odin and Thomas, and their mini goldendoodle, Sasha. 

Outside of his professional and family responsibilities, Shawn serves on the Gilda's Club South Florida's Board of Directors, supporting individuals and families affected by cancer. An avid reader and scuba diving enthusiast, Shawn also holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and engages in EMS fitness training.
