Andrew Wirtz is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and family business consultant with Family & Business Success, LLC, where he helps family-owned enterprises navigate succession, ownership transition, governance, leadership development, and long-term continuity.

Andrew works with business owners, next-generation leaders, and families in enterprise to clarify their future goals, align family and business priorities, and prepare for successful transitions. His approach integrates exit planning, organizational development, family systems thinking, and practical business advisory support to help owners move from complexity and uncertainty toward clarity, alignment, and action.

As a CEPA, Andrew understands that exit planning is not simply about selling a business. It is about protecting value, preparing leadership, strengthening the company, aligning stakeholders, and helping owners make intentional decisions about wealth, legacy, family, and the next chapter of life. He works collaboratively with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, bankers, and other professional advisors to support a coordinated planning process.

Andrew is also a Certified Family Business Advisor and is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
