ABOUT LUKE
Luke Neely, MBA, CEPA
Financial Advisor | Business Succession Specialist
Luke Neely is a Financial Advisor with Partridge Financial, where he serves as the firm’s Business Succession Specialist, helping business owners turn the value of their life’s work into personal financial freedom and lasting legacy.
With a unique background spanning commercial real estate, business brokerage, lending, and financial advisory, Luke brings a comprehensive perspective to wealth planning—one that integrates both the business and personal sides of an owner’s financial life. He specializes in Exit Planning (business succession planning), guiding owners through the critical areas of Personal Readiness, Personal Financial Readiness, Business Attractiveness, and Business Readiness.
Luke’s approach is rooted in a holistic wealth planning philosophy. He works closely with business owners to identify gaps between where they are today and where they want to be financially, then develops strategic plans to enhance the value and transferability of their business while aligning it with their long-term personal and financial goals.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Luke utilizes the Exit Planning Institute’s Growth Acceleration Methodology to help clients uncover hidden risks, strengthen intangible value drivers, and prepare for both expected and unexpected transition events. His work is designed to ensure that when the time comes to exit—whether planned or unplanned—owners have options, control, and clarity.
Luke holds an MBA and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs maximize what is often their largest and most illiquid asset—their business. He is committed to serving as a trusted advisor, helping clients move from uncertainty to confidence as they plan for the next chapter of their lives.
