Anna M. Winningham is a former FBI Special Agent with over 13 years of service, where she led and supervised complex investigations involving organized crime, counterterrorism, kidnappings, and more. As Supervisory Special Agent for the Crisis Response Squad in Los Angeles, she oversaw the SWAT, Crisis Negotiations, and WMD Response Teams. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), she brings extensive expertise in cyber and physical security, forensic investigations, and risk mitigation. Since leaving the FBI, Anna has worked as a private investigator and security consultant, managing post-breach investigations and advising clients on cyber incidents, insider threats, and fraud. A military veteran and expert witness, she holds a degree from the University of Texas–El Paso and has testified in numerous state and federal cases involving cybersecurity and forensic investigations.
