James Jack leads the UBS Business Owners Client Segment within UBS’s National Sales organization, where he helps financial advisors deliver comprehensive solutions for business owners and entrepreneurs, with a focus on exit and succession planning. He also oversees UBS’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) program, guiding advisors and clients through ESOP strategies and implementation. Since founding the Business Owners Segment in 2018, James has supported advisors and clients through key transition events—from M&A and succession planning to navigating challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic. He has been with UBS since 2006 in various leadership roles across banking, lending, and business strategy. James holds a BS in Finance and Economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation. He also serves on the board of the Bronx Academy of Letters Foundation.
