ABOUT MARC

Mr. Boisjoli, B.Sc. (Actuarial Science), M.Sc. (Finance), CVA, CM&AA, is a senior partner, a NACVA® certified business appraiser, and an AM&AA® certified mergers and acquisitions advisor. An actuary by profession, Marc also holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke. Since 2011, Marc has provided business valuation, financial consulting, and M&A services. Marc makes a high-caliber contribution; he is recognized for his remarkable ability to understand the issues and develop comprehensive and specialized solutions focused on results and achieving objectives.

Since 1996, Marc has developed expertise in business valuation. He has conducted market value assessments of several hundred investments and taught business valuation at the Master's level at the University of Sherbrooke. In addition, Marc regularly assists his clients with their business acquisition or sale projects.

Previously, Marc worked in the venture capital industry, where he participated in numerous investments in various companies and served on several boards of directors. During his career, which now spans more than 20 years, Marc was part of the management team of a publicly traded company for over 10 years, where he raised more than $85 million in major global markets.
