Meet Kurt Luginbuhl:

Kurt Luginbuhl is the product of the San Gabriel Valley. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego with a degree in Philosophy and Theology and married his high school sweetheart Sonia in 2004.  Their dream as a young couple was to work and live overseas and find a way to make the world better for those who are suffering most.
After exploring multiple options, they joined the Peace Corps and served as health educators in Madagascar in 2006
and 2007. This experience helped them realize how much they had going for us back home, and how much of an impact we could make from home, and upon their return, made the commitment to work for his family’s business indefinitely.

Kurt is now the President and part owner of Interior Services, a window covering sales and installation company providing draperies, blinds, and shades for commercial construction projects throughout LA and Orange Counties. His parents founded our business in 1983 when he was 1 year old and they are proud to be the leader in our industry in the Southern California region. He is most proud of the team they have built and their ability to identify, hire, train and retain great people and find out what their unique abilities are, and empower them to achieve beyond their expectations. Since he joined Interior Services full-time, for good, in 2007 they have grown 3 times in revenue and profit. Along the way they’ve have been a part of some incredible projects, working with the leading design and construction companies in our area and have emerged as the leader in interior shading’s most cutting-edge applications and technologies.

Sonia and Kurt have three children and live in Monrovia. Their daughter Sasha is 12 years old and is an incredible artist who exudes confidence and compassion. They also have two sons. Fischer will turn 10 in December and loves to read, skateboard, and play baseball. Francis is 6, has one of the biggest personalities ever, and works hard to keep up with his siblings.
