As an experienced EOS Integrator, I enjoy working with Founders & Visionaries to accelerate the growth of businesses and put in place the leadership team for the future. My passion over the last decade has been to help founders chart a path for their business to thrive without them in it. I recognise the emotional journey that founders go through after many hard years of building a business, and I help them work through the challenges to leave a legacy that is not dependent on working 60+ hours a week until the end of time! 

I also offer advisory and coaching services to founders looking to step up or out of their business - based on over a decade of experience working with founders.

Now that I have become a CEPA, my role as Quarterback will integrate nicely with my EOS experience in a more holistic Exit Planning approach for my clients.

I am a global citizen, with experience working and living in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific, and a knack for building and leading teams with a great culture, a learning-mindset, embracing change and growth. I am now shifting my focus to the Gulf States, and will be based out of the UAE in 2026.
