She has led large-scale transformations, global product launches, and complex M&A transactions across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer healthcare. With deep expertise in general management, P&L oversight and corporate governance, she is recognized as a strategic, commercial, and growth-oriented leader.

Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ECP, a $2B Partners Group portfolio company operating a clinically integrated ophthalmology and optometry network. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, and Alcon, including serving as Commercial Lead on Abbott’s $4.3B divestiture of Abbott Medical Optics to Johnson & Johnson.
