Anthony Ventura is the Founder and Managing Director of Lower Middle Market Advisors (LMMA), where he helps privately held business owners across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. build, prepare, and execute successful exits. With over 25 years of experience and 100+ completed transactions, Anthony brings a rare combination of credentials to his work: he holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses, is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and is a Professional EOS Implementer — an integration of investment banking, exit planning, and operational execution that is functionally unique in the lower middle market.

Anthony's commitment to proactive exit planning is personal. As a fourth-generation entrepreneur whose grandparents and father each closed rather than sold their businesses, he has seen firsthand the cost of waiting too long to plan. That experience shapes LMMA's Plan → Transform → Transact framework, designed to help owners build transferable value well before a transaction — so their exit reflects the full value of their life's work.

Anthony holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a BA in Economics from Allegheny College. He is based in Cranberry Township, PA.
