Ms. Scarito has been an investment banker for over 25 years. She spent 11 years in New York at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs, working in various departments including Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets. After gaining experience on Wall Street, Ms. Scarito transitioned to the middle-market to work with smaller, more entrepreneurially managed companies. During her tenure in the middle-market, Ms. Scarito has managed the Private Placement groups of Tucker Anthony, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Legacy Partners Group. Ms. Scarito has extensive experience structuring private placements of equity and debt ranging from $5 million to $100 million. Ms. Scarito has also completed numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions for middle-market companies. Ms. Scarito graduated from Dartmouth College, cum laude, and earned an MBA from Harvard University.
