Michael Sikorsky is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Winner and Deloitte Fast 500 recipient who sold his first company to ThoughtWorks at age 28. He currently leads Copia Wealth Studios, a wealth operating system for modern allocators founded in 2021, and serves as Chief Investment Officer of his family office, Sky and Ray. Previously, he was CEO and Founder of Robots & Pencils and co-created the innovation process FunLabs, whose product Missions was acquired by Slack. His work has been featured in Wired, Financial Times, TechCrunch, and NY Times, and he has guest lectured at Harvard Business School, Stanford, MIT, and the World Economic Forum.
