I have spent the last 23 years providing value-add to clients in the areas of underwriting, capital structures, working capital management, private equity, and treasury management. Particular areas of expertise include ESOP's, renewable energy, opportunity zones, contractors, food service industry, and non-profits.

Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown and MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. I play in a local Mariachi Band and serve on various non-profit Boards including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Maricopa Community College Foundation, and Southwest Center.
