Mitchell Goldberg is partner on Berger Singerman's Business, Finance and Tax Team and is Board-Certified Specialist in Tax Law by The Florida Bar. Mitchell concentrates his practice in the areas of federal income, partnership, corporate, international and transfer taxation and related business transactional matters.
