Using data and science we help you hire the right people, engage and retain the ones they currently have, and achieve business results through your team. We do this through our Behavioral Academy and Executive Search.

The Academy - Tools + knowledge to drive results through people. The academy is a suite of tools and knowledge transfer to enable business leaders to hire, manage, and inspire their people using science and data rather than assumptions.

Executive Search - Recruiting for key business leaders. We help define the role, create the success profile, and hunt for the best candidates. After placement, we remain engaged to ensure successful onboarding and integration.

Josh is a husband and dad to four little ladies, board advisor, community leader, and business owner. Advocate for family businesses, succession planning, and using our business resources to make a positive impact on our communities and families.
