Rhonda Staelgraeve-Secor is the president of RLS Private Wealth Consulting, Inc., a boutique multi-family office and financial planning firm located in Hollister, CA. RLS serves middle-market business owners and their families with comprehensive wealth planning, business succession planning, and wealth concierge services.  Motivated by her client's objectives, Rhonda provides unbiased financial counsel and planning expertise that helps her clients effectively and efficiently achieve their wealth, legacy, and business succession goals. 

Rhonda has served clients in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has found a unique niche in providing clients with sound advice and expert counsel. She effectively coordinates teams of professional service providers for her clients and achieves synergistic planning outcomes due to this team approach to planning.

Before founding RLS in 2016, Rhonda held senior relationship management roles with two world-renowned Private Bank firms. Rhonda is a Certified Financial Planner Professional, Master Planner of Advanced Studies, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the XY Planning Network. Rhonda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno and her Masters degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning, Centennial, CO.
