After 15 years as a donor advisor for a variety of regional, national, and international nonprofit organizations, Beth McKinley (she/her) transitioned her experience in charitable gift planning to the financial services industry and is currently an Associate Wealth Advisor for Roots Financial Group at Thrivent. Professionally, Beth is an active member of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), She is also a member of the Carlisle and Harrisburg Chambers of Commerce and the Keystone Business Alliance, the local NGLCC affiliate chapter.

Among many other volunteer roles, Beth continues to support local fundraising efforts as a Board Member for YWCA Carlisle and Cumberland County and is an active volunteer on the Development Committee for Project Share. She also currently serves as the first Chair for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for the Carlisle Branch of AAUW.
