After 15 years as a donor advisor for a variety of regional, national, and international nonprofit organizations, Beth McKinley (she/her) transitioned her experience in charitable gift planning to the financial services industry and is currently an Associate Wealth Advisor for Roots Financial Group at Thrivent. Professionally, Beth is an Affirming Advisor (AA), Beth prioritizes the needs of the LGBTQ+ community and allies and has attained the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation.

Among many other volunteer roles, Beth is a Member of the Board of Directors for YWCA of Carlisle and Cumberland County and serves on their Fund Development Committee.
