Jackson H. Smith, a self-proclaimed “Enterprise Value Evangelist,” is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Cultivate Advisors. He is passionate about helping business owners achieve better outcomes and spends his time building relationships across the business owner and advisor communities. In his role, Jackson co-leads efforts to align both groups around a shared North Star—maximizing enterprise value.

Outside of work, he’s usually spending quality time with his wife, Kteile, and their five children (four daughters and one son), ages 17 to 8 months (Taleeya, Paxton, Quinncie, Noelle & Hosanna).
