Brian is responsible for growing MassMutual’s presence in the business owner marketplace. This involves developing marketing and training resources that help their sales force prospect and approach the market, as well as position the company as a thought-leader in the market. In addition, he drives programs such as strategic alliances with business organizations, media advertising and sponsorships, consumer advocacy groups, market research, and public relations. Brian is also responsible for communicating and “championing” MassMutual’s national programs to ensure that they are being implemented by the sales force in their local markets. He is charged with gathering and sharing best sales practices in the market, as well as tracking and reporting on the successes of their programs through a variety of metrics.
