Scott Mashuda is a founding partner at REAG, a lower-middle market investment bank. With more than 20 years of mergers and acquisitions and business valuation experience, he has represented both public and private companies in matters of sale, purchase, valuation, and restructuring.
Mashuda is a dedicated faculty member for the Certified Exit Planning Advisor program at the Exit Planning Institute and the 2023 chair of M&A Source. M&A Source is the leading not-for-profit association for individuals and firms engaged in lower middle market business transactions where Scott has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities since 2017.
Mashuda was awarded the 2022 M&A Source Chair’s Award for Excellence and the 2021 M&A Source Champions Award. In 2013 he was named one of the “40 Under 40” top M&A Service Providers by the M&A Advisor. Prior to founding REAG with Todd Torquato in 2004, Scott served as a senior valuation analyst at the accounting firm Ernst & Young.
