Terry has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, and investor/leader in multiple industries in both the private and public sectors. He has a unique and thorough understanding of strategy execution and has a passion for the art of leadership and building organizational cultures that create competitive advantage in the marketplace.
In October 2016, Terry joined Generational Group as the Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer. Generational’s purpose and mission is to enrich the lives of their clients and their families, acting as their trusted advisor in their journey as a business owner: from business valuation, strategic growth consulting, to planning and executing a successful exit strategy, and wealth advisory.
Prior to joining Generational, Terry spent 20+ years in the automotive industry, building and leading Johnson Industries through hyper-growth and change.
Johnson Industries reached annual revenues of $300 million and was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the foremost leading U.S. companies in organizational culture and in retaining and motivating associates. Johnson Industries was acquired by a Fortune 200 NYSE public company in 1999, where Terry served as the President/CEO of the public subsidiary, more than doubling revenues.
