Tina started in the telecom sector working from the ground up as an outside sales rep to a senior-level executive leading a $1.3 billion division and then a telecom startup, raising three rounds of financing that led to a successful exit. She earned a place among the top 80 leaders in Telecom, an accolade that speaks volumes of her influence and expertise in the field.
Tina’s exceptional leadership and business skills were further evidenced during her tenure as a top-tier TAB (The Alternative Board) franchisee. Under her guidance, the franchise not only had the largest launch recorded but also grew to become one of the largest franchisees globally in just 2 years. Her strategic decisions led to the sale of the franchise in 2012 at the highest multiple ever recorded in the franchise’s history, a testament to her unparalleled ability to drive growth and profitability.
In 2013, Tina embarked on a mission to transform the negative dynamics of the peer group industry with the inception of LXCouncil. Her educational background includes a degree from Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development, INSEAD’s executive program, and a B.S. in Marketing and Business Logistics from the University of Missouri.
