About Jacqueline
Jacqueline has over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. She was born and raised in the construction industry, and as a trusted business advisor she treat her clients as friends and helps her clients’ businesses become successful. Jacqueline founded the law firm, Kaltz Coulombe PLLC, in 2017, specializing in Corporate, Construction and Exit Planning. In 2019, Jacqueline became a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (“CEPA”) accredited by the Exit Planning Institute. As a CEPA, Jacqueline approaches exit planning holistically by considering all three legs of the stool: your Personal, Business, and Financial factors.
She works with her clients on de-risking their businesses and building value through the exit planning process to ensure her clients can exit – WHEN, HOW, and TO WHO they want. Clients seek out Jacqueline for her depth of business and industry knowledge, focus in family business, and for her talent in developing effective and practical solutions to problems that arise in all phases: day to day business, planning, and transition. It is Jacqueline’s mission to work with owners to determine their best strategies to give them full control over the decisions of their business, family, and future.
