Jim Hefty has 35+ years leading sales organizations as an SVP or VP of Worldwide Sales in the semiconductor, high-performance networking, and network security segments. Jim has also helped over 60+ Sales Xceleration clients scale and build their sales and support teams from the ground up. Jim’s Sales Leadership experience has given him the insight to work in a wide array of company cultures where Jim’s leadership and communication skills were needed for sales success, discipline, and growth. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Cal State University, Fullerton and a master’s degree from Pepperdine University. Jim is also an avid golfer, traveler and is very involved in his local community and city.
