KEY VENUE DETAILS
- Credit Card: Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center accepts only credit card and mobile payments for all transactions, including at the front desk, food and beverage outlets, retail stores, parking, and more.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
- Gaylord Hotels App: Download the Gaylord Hotels app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to access resort information, explore amenities, view dining options, and make the most of your stay.
- Parking: On-site self-parking is available for $45/day or $10/hour (20-minute grace period). Valet parking is available for $65/day.
- Electric Vehicle Charging: Electric car charging stations are available on-site for guest convenience.
- Smoke-Free Property: The resort is a 100% smoke-free property.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
