What is the Summit?

The Exit Planning Summit, brought to you by the Exit Planning Institute, is the annual premier exit planning event, bringing in advisors from across the globe for three days of education, networking, and connection. Offering a variety of workshops, sessions, socials, and more, the Summit is the perfect opportunity to continue your journey to best-in-class. 

Who should attend?
Professional advisors looking to develop deep and meaningful relationships, advance their knowledge, and drive best practices. The Exit Planning Summit provides an exclusive opportunity to connect face-to-face with the exit planning community and tap into the vast thought leadership and influential power. 
When and Where is the Summit?
The 2026 Exit Planning Summit will take place at The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee from April 19-21, 2026.
What if I can't attend this year?

The Exit Planning Institute will provide recaps of all the goings on on their website here. There are also ample opportunities to expand your exit planning education through the EPI Academy, and engage in networking via EPI's extensive Chapter Network. Keep an eye out for news about future Summits, so you can plan in advance! 

How do I register?
Can I register a group?
You can register up to five people at once. For larger groups, please reach out to Manager, Account Management, John Weishar, at john@beyondcepa.com.
Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
Because of the specificity of the registration, this is currently not available. Please reach out to us if you have any questions via our Contact Us form below.
What should I pack for the Summit?
Because the Exit Planning Summit is a professional yet fun event, feel free to bring business casual attire that you will be comfortable wearing all day. Springtime in Nashville can be warm, so be sure to take the weather into consideration as you pack! View our packing list to check off everything you will need for your trip.

Do we need to book our hotel room by a specific date and is there a special group rate?
We will be reserving a special room block at the Gaylord Opryland for all Summit attendees. Check our Travel & Accomodations page for more details.

The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is conveniently located just minutes from Nashville International Airport, making your arrival smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re flying in for a relaxing getaway, a convention, or to explore the vibrant Music City scene, the comfort and luxury of Gaylord Opryland are just a short drive away. For those flying into the area, the nearest airport is: Nashville International Airport (BNA) – Approx. 9 miles. Less than a 15-minute drive.

The Partners and Pours VIP Social is an exclusive social experience designed to bring attendees together in a more intimate environment for conversation, relationship building, and connection with members of the Exit Planning Summit community.

The VIP Breakfast is an exclusive experience available to VIP attendees, providing another opportunity to connect with fellow VIPs and members of the Exit Planning Summit community before the day's programming begins.

VIP attendees receive priority access to the Summit room block at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, giving you an earlier opportunity to secure accommodations at the host resort before room block access opens more broadly.
