Sessions Overview
The Exit Planning Summit features an assortment of session types to fully immerse advisors in exit planning content from industry experts, partners, and thought leaders.
As a leader both on and off the football field, Ben Utecht provides unique insights on creating and leading culture—the “Social” intangible capital that builds and accelerates value in a business or organization. Pulling from his experience on the field, Ben will walk Summit attendees through inspirational, transformational, and operational principles that are foundational in both life and business during the Champion’s Creed keynote program. Through Ben’s high-energy, actionable keynote, attendees will learn the key elements this intangible capital while also crafting a Culture Creed for the broader community of Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPA®), aligning goals and mindsets to serve business owners better.
Ben has received the esteemed NFL Hall of Fame coach Tony Dungy’s “Uncommon Leader Award” in recognition of his leadership on and off the field. After retiring, he has developed a diverse career spanning multiple talents. His speaking engagements introduced him to the Fortune 500 community as an expert in strategies for cultivating high-performing cultures. Driven by his passion for people and organizational culture, Ben took on a corporate leadership role as Chief Culture Officer at True North Private Equity, which manages a portfolio of 28 companies across five industries.
