I help business owners build companies with real value, not just income. After watching my mom's skateboard shop close with nothing to show for years of work, I made it my mission to help entrepreneurs avoid the same fate.


As CEO and Chief Value Accelerator of Diffactory, I guide owners to transform their businesses from founder-dependent operations into transferable, valuable assets.

My path here wasn't typical. I spent years building and scaling companies, from launching Virgin Mobile's nationwide campaign at AMC Theatres to co-founding United Real Estate, which hit the Inc 5000. I helped create Enhanced Marketing Solutions from scratch into the largest full-service real estate marketing company in the U.S., serving over 4,000 franchise partners.

After 18 years in the marketing trenches, I kept seeing the same pattern. Business owners would work for decades building successful companies, only to discover at exit that they'd created a job, not an asset. Their businesses were worth far less than they thought.


As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), I specialize in helping businesses worth $1M to $50M implement strategies that increase value by 2-10X. My approach focuses on building strong human, structural, customer, and social capital.
