In addition to winning M&A Atlas’s ESOP Deal of the Year award, Michael’s insights have been featured in top publications, including the Journal of Accountancy and Medical Economics. Since joining CSG Partners in 2017, Michael has advised middle market clients on ESOP-led exit, succession, and shareholder liquidity strategies. Michael has structured transactions, secured financing, and led extensive due diligence and valuation exercises for closely held healthcare, professional services, and industrial firms, among others. A native of Rochester, Minnesota, Michael is based out of CSG's New York headquarters.
