ABOUT CRAIG
I spent the early part of my career in investment banking and leveraged buyouts, after which I went to business school. With my MBA in hand, I then held leadership positions in successive early-stage companies, one of which was bought by a large, publicly-traded company. I turned to wealth management after the dot-com bust. Today, approximately 25 years later and with the backdrop of a multi-family office and abundant intellectual capital and capabilities tailored to ultra-high net worth, I specialize as both a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® professional in guiding business owners, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and professional athletes and their families through the complexities that tend to go hand-in-hand with significant wealth. This includes playing a role on the core team, led by a business growth advisor who is also a CEPA®, that educates and brings business owners through the Value Acceleration Methodology®. It is both fun and extremely satisfying to combine the invaluable lessons gained from building and operating businesses, and in one case exiting from a business, with the skill sets, training and experiences I gained from my time spent in investment banking, private equity and wealth management. My mission is to continue to be, and to consistently grow as, a valued advisor and effective collaborator, and to deliver with both care and precision exceptional advice that addresses the complex client situations with which I am involved. I seek to develop deep connections with clients and provide ideas, insights and direction that truly align with and help to drive financial goals. When not in the office, I can be found training for triathlons even though I no longer compete in them, or participating in some other form of sports or exercise. Other than that, I enjoy giving back to my community through non-profit volunteering and through mentoring (I have had a few - it's my turn now), and I also love to enjoy wine, food, art, theatre and music with my wife and grown children.
