As a strategic capacity building consultant delivering consistent and accelerated results for clients across multiple industries, I deliver impact and drive organizational improvements across the core functions of any business - purpose, products/services, processes, people and profit. CEPA's core belief that exit planning is just good strategy resonates with our firm, as we work with businesses in the 90 day sprints using our P5 capacity building framework to identify gaps and quickly move the needle to close them.
We have a ecosystem of experienced experts who we work with regularly, so the team approach and methodology of CEPA enhances our approach to building capacity and value, and thus, I obtained my CEPA certification in 2025. This certification allows me to walk alongside business owners and their teams to build plans to improve their business and plan for successful exit. I collaborate with the owner, the business team, and legal and accounting partners to build enterprise value (in tangible and intangible ways) for the highest sale multiple. My skills align best in action planning, 90 sprint management i the prepare gate, strategic operations improvement advising, and workshop facilitation.

As a former high school teacher, I have vast experience in navigating communication with various types of individuals and communication styles. I am passionate about building trust through clear, consistent communication. Years of client experience in communicating up, down and across the organization across multiple platforms as well as public speaking and facilitation of workshops and strategic planning sessions.
