As the fourth-generation leader of Fuller Automotive Companies, Josh grew up with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep-rooted passion for the automotive industry. After earning his degree in Finance from Bentley University, he gained invaluable experience at Liberty Mutual, working in finance and learning the intricacies of running a business by the numbers. 
 
Returning to the family business 20+ years ago, he focused on the collision and towing sector, where he quickly mastered team building and sales growth through a commitment to quality craftmanship and customer service. This entrepreneurial journey also led Josh to establish a rental car company, an ADAS calibration company, and venture into commercial and residential real estate investments. 
 
Currently, he serves as the CEO of both Fuller Collision Group and ADAS Diagnostic Solutions, leading a dedicated team of over 50 stakeholders at two collision repair shop locations and two ADAS Diagnostic facilities.  Both companies are focused on organic and inorganic growth and value creation using the Value Acceleration Methodology with the partnership of a value growth advisor and a wife who is a CEPA.  At the core, the TEAM works together to sustain and grow the Fuller brand and reputation, ensuring the legacy ensures for years to come.   

 
Outside of his professional life, Josh is a dedicated husband and father of three. He enjoys coaching his children's athletic teams, spending time boating on Cape Cod, and skiing and golfing whenever possible. Josh believes in leading from the front, and finds great joy and fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals.
