Sarah has decades of legal experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of assets and stock, including mergers, ESOP transactions, private-equity-backed deals, and related financing and equity arrangements across a wide range of industries. She regularly collaborates with tax and estate planning colleagues, as well as wealth advisors, valuation professionals, accountants, insurance advisors, and other trusted professionals to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.

A Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Sarah is known for her long-term client relationships, practical judgment, and highly responsive approach—particularly in complex or time-sensitive matters. Many of her clients have worked with her for 15 years or more, relying on her not only as legal counsel but as a trusted business advisor throughout the lifecycle of their companies. She has been recognized as a New York “Super Lawyer” every year since 2016.

Sarah is passionate about advising women-owned businesses and is an active member of the Women Presidents Organization.
