Joe has been named as one of the 200 most influential leaders in the Greater San Fernando Valley Region by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for five consecutive years. He is also the recipient of the Trailblazer Award by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. Additionally, he is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Exit Planning Advisor and a Group Leader in ProVisors. He founded the Conejo Valley chapter of the Exit Planning Institute which serves as a forum where advisors can collaborate to address the needs of the local community, develop educational programs for business owners, and better prepare owners for the successful exit of their business. Joe is also a part of the Exit Planning Institute Faculty. In 2025, he was named Exit Planner of the Year. Additionally, in 2024 he was the recipient of the EPI Thought Leader of the Year Award and EPI’s Member of the Year for 2023.

Joe and his wife, Jennifer, live in Westlake Village with their 2 daughters and their golden doodle Abby.
